If you received a holiday card then you’ll recognize a few of these shots! Before December, my girls donned their hand-knit bear cowls (made with love by Grandma) and we captured a whole new set of photos at the newly-opened and adorable Buttonwood Tree Farm down the road from us! Yes, all for just a Christmas card (ordered from tinyprints.com), but hey, it was worth it in my opinion!
Buttonwood Tree Farm (check it out here) here in Redmond is right next to the Sixty Acres Park soccer fields, which had its official Grand Opening over Thanksgiving weekend. The attendants were so kind to let me photograph the girls among the beautiful (organically grown!) trees and had hot chocolate, cookies and candy canes ready for them afterwards. It was the perfect setting for some holiday snaps.
From my family to yours, I’m wishing you a restful winter holiday. Hug your loved ones tight and enjoy the warmth and company of friends and family. The new year is almost upon us, and I just can’t wait for what it has to bring!
