Our Seattle summers are days full of beauty among some cloudy and rainy ones, so when the rain stops, we run out there and enjoy it! My shoot with the Lau’s at Golden Gardens was exactly that kind of day, sun with clouds, and we definitely took advantage of the gorgeous white light it offers.
I love how this family truly values capturing themselves as they grow year by year. These days are fleeting; we can start the year off and suddenly find ourselves at the end of it, it’s so darn busy with little ones around. And oh all the changes that happen in that year, most evidenced by the growth of our children. The kids pictured here have grown so much, but still have the inquisitive and lively spirit from the year before – at least we know a few good things don’t change 😉
